Provider Revalidation:

Providers assigned to Cycle 2 are required to update and confirm their enrollment information beginning November 13, 2017. Providers assigned to this cycle should have received a letter during the week of September 11, 2017. 

If you are required to revalidate with MaineCare during this cycle, you must initiate your revalidation application on or after November 13, 2017 and complete and submit it by January 12, 2018.

If you are unsure which cycle you have been assigned to, please see the MaineCare provider revalidation schedule currently posted under the "Revalidate as a Current Provider" section of the MaineCare Provider Enrollment webpage.

Enrolling in MaineCare:

If you would like to enroll as a MaineCare provider, you must register as a Trading Partner.  You can register by clicking on the link in the upper right hand corner.  For more information about provider enrollment please see the document library Provider Enrollment.  Please contact Provider Enrollment with questions at: 1-866-690-5585, option 2.  TTY users dial 711.  

      1. Move through PEA sections in order. 

Please be sure to go through each section and tabs in the order presented. Skipping sections or tabs may result in an incomplete application. You will be required to return to the incomplete sections before you can successfully submit the application. 

  1. Save information often.

Please also ensure you save your information as you move through the application. To obtain optimal results when maneuvering through the system, please use the Save and Save & Continue features to progress to the next available screen.
